Inner Balance Essential Oil Pack
For grounding and calming moments during the day, the Inner Balance Pack unites some of the best essential oils to create them. Frankincense, Lemon Myrtle and Cedarwood are known to help reduce negative emotions and stress, while encouraging a stronger, rebalanced connection between the body, mind and spirit.
Our recommended blend is 2 drops of Frankincense, 3 drops of Lemon Myrtle and 2 drops of Cedarwood in your diffuser - but feel free to experiment and be creative in making your own custom combination!
