Usage

1. Take a moment for yourself, and gently roll on around your pressure points in a circular movement. Pressure points include wrists, neck, chest and/or temples when needed. Avoid the face, mouth, eyes and nose.
2. Reapply during the day, use as freely and as abundantly as desired.

Tip: When practising a meditation session or a yoga practice, roll it around all your pressure points before you begin to feel calmer and more relaxed in your body, mind and spirit.
