Usage

1. Take a moment for yourself, and gently roll on around your pressure points in a circular movement. Pressure points include wrists, neck, chest and/or temples when needed. Avoid the face, mouth, eyes and nose.

2. Reapply during the day, use as freely and as abundantly as desired. 

Tip: For enhanced grounding effects, roll the perfume on your temples and the back of your neck. 

Tip: Release tension and reduce stress by rolling it in your palms, and rub both hands together. Then place your hands in a cupping position over your nose, and breathe in deeply as you require.
