The perfect way to end another day full of activity. The delightful citrus blend of Sweet Orange, Patchouli and Lemon Myrtle works beautifully to help you unwind into a relaxed state of mind after another successful day. It helps you prepare for a good night's sleep; making it easier to recharge and start again!
Our recommended blend is 3 drops of Sweet Orange, 2 drops of Patchouli and 4 drops of Lemon Myrtle Essential oils in your diffuser - but feel free to experiment and be creative in making your own custom combination.
